Found these in a shop the other day. No info other than what you see....

Pretty sure "washita" are arkansas stones. So I would guess ark black looking at that.

Washita’s are a form of soft Arkansas. I know some guys that use them for bevel setting an midrange work. Not bad stones at all! These look like they need a good lapping and should be used with oil or soap/water(honing solution).
