I've taken DEs, Injectors and even my Rich's Limey Batman on cruises. They all work well, but don't use the latter in rough seas.

Saw a video of someone doing a straight shave before on a cruise. Don't always turn out as well though.

Pro tip: check out the locker room for the gym area. Should be pretty quiet in the morning and provides a much bigger shower and area for shaving if you want to take your Dopp kit each morning.

The shower in the cabins looks pretty Lilliputian by any standard! The gym it is!
