So it appears that our house is still there from the maps they are showing. I am not allowed back in yet. It looks like my house has no water, power, or gas.

Hoping that the outcome is a promising start to 2022.

My brother in law had that happen a few years ago. His house was spared but the smoke damage ended being very severe and warping to siding of the house. Insurance claim was still crazy high.

We were allowed inside the house tonight. It appears that there is zero damage. The brand new windows kept the smoke mostly out.

We will need to get the exterior inspected, but that will be the job of the HOA.

Prayers worked in my case. Because this is a miracle that my place is in one piece and only smells like something got burned on the stove.
