Ive had one of those for years, and we’ve talked about them a few times at the other place, and we haven’t figured out exactly what they are.
They are most decidedly military. But Country is up for debate. Some say British, French, or Swiss.... nobody has been able to match up the logo. I don’t think SB means solid brass.
I'm guessing you have already found this, but Google image search came up with this...
