My mission, if I choose to accept it: Enjoy 2 cigars, and get the cat from the pet hospital on the other side of the bay before my wife gets home from work AND look like I’ve been productive.

Today’s cigars were from my last shipment that was a result of a call to Cigars Daily asking Terrence there to send me his selection of Maduro sticks that had no pepper only chocolate. This is my favorite so far from them.

Hey; how are those Mayflowers? That's the Michael Knowles brand, correct? I'm always leery of "celebrity" products, but I've heard good things about the Mayflowers. I think they offer three wrapper options and maybe two or three vitolas per wrapper. If you've sampled all three wrappers, which do you prefer?

This was part of the shipment I got after calling my new best friend Terrence at Cigars Daily and asked him to pick out a bunch of maduro cigars that had no pepper and a lot of chocolate. My favorite of the bunch was the Perdomo 20th, but I just had my 2nd Mayflower a couple of days ago and thought maybe that was my favorite. I did get totally chocolate notes from it and very smooth. I don't think I've had any others from the line.

Well if you don't like pepper; steer clear of the Perdomo Legacy. I love the Perdomo Legacy shade grown, but all the Legacy cigars (Maduro, Shade grown, and Connecticut) have pretty strong pepper taste. Love those Perdomo Champagne's you've got there; they're a regular smoke for me when I'm walking the dogs.

how are those Quorum? My budget smoke is pretty much Brickhouse Double Connecticut, but saw they basically doubled in price since my last restock.
they are my Daily, I am a fan of JC Newman so I like these a ton for the money a bundle of 20 is only about 50 bucks, so great for a daily and come in a few variables Maduro, Sun Grown, Shade

Brickhouse are JC Newman as well. So I'll have to give these a try. I like an enjoyable, yet "not have to think about it" stick for when I walk my dogs. Sounds right up my alley.
