Hotel information including pricing and booking code will be posted by midnight tonight so you can begin to make reservations. There will be early check-in and event packet pickup in our hospitality suite. More details tonight

Details:
Dates: Actual Event Dates - April 21-22-23 With Early Check in and Check Out
Attendees will pick up registration packets as early as Thursday April 21 in the TSC CON 2022 Hospitality Suite ( announced later)

There will be a "Fun Book" provided to each room that provides 2 for one on food, Shows, Bars, and Gaming
Parking will be $5.00 per day in the Four Queens Parking Garage, however if your join the players club the parking fees are waived

Saturday Night Dinner will be announced soon but will be at a local venue ordered from the menu

Actual Event Registration will be Via PAY PAL. Details will be announced soon as we plan to open registration within the next 14-days ( Link to registration site will be place in this thread )

A list of group planned events will be published prior to the event

All hotel reservations must be made by calling 1-800-634-6045 and give them code #GN0420A if there is any confusion with that code, have them contact me and tell them it is for the 2022 TSC CON

Room Rates( prices listed per night + tax) Choice of Smoking or Non Smoking
All Rooms do not have a resort fee. 13% tax
Room choices with be a King Room in the North Tower, or a 2- Queen Bed Room in the South Tower

Of note to those staying at the Four Queens:

There is no RESORT FEES!!!

Resort fees have been the bane of the town for the past few years. Charging an additional fee on top of the room rate was so dumb. So many people have complained about being charged a fee for no reason other than just charging a fee.

On top of that, the Four Queens is centrally located on Fremont Street.

Its gonna be a blast,

I, of course, will be staying at the Hotel Del Heysi. I never charge a resort fee and no parking charge.

I made mine but did it with hotels.com. Was able to use my rewards so I saved a bit to gamble ha ha.
I do not know if you need to know that but I will be there,

Also i will be arriving in Vegas early Friday. Just putting this out there if anyone was arriving that time and we could possibly split Urber,Lift or taxi fare?

And FYI been putting thought to this and on my trip I have check in luggage? Thinking that there is a big chance TVA approved carry on might not happen. I been to a few meets ups and some of the stuff I received would not be ok for carry on.

One more thing will there be a swamp table at this? I can start thinking about what to take.

I’m checking a bag just because I’ll be bringing some sharing bottles for the evening hang outs. Then blades aren’t an issue.
 
As of now the event grab bag that will be part of registration is all TSA compliant. We will update if that changes as we know people are flying
