As promised, the following information is in the works as we speak and this thread will be updated as more information become available. This is not a discussion thread. All open discussions, we ask, to take place HERE:

2022 TSC Convention Las Vegas April 22-24,2022 (DISCUSSION THREAD ONLY)

Ok TSC Members we now have a set date, APRIL 22-24, 2022 Also a set area for the host hotel. DOWNTOWN Tentatively depending on the hotel, initial plans will be to have a breakout room for vendors/hobbyists, a breakout room for tsc activities, and a final evening luncheon or dinner with a...

Also please be patient, as there are a ton of moving parts, and most items are in negotiation, and in the works. You will be seeing more updates and items as we get closer to a firm ( EVENT) registration date for the actual event. This thread is for the accommodations and Host Hotel. Event Registration, and all information regarding the event. Once final Itineraries, hotel price ranges, hospitality rooms are confirmed. Members will be provided a HOTEL CONVENTION LINK, identifying the TSC Convention, and you can book your hotel reservation directly. Please remember THE GOLDEN NUGGET will be our host hotel, however there is no requirement to stay there, and again all hotel arrangements will be on your own. we are only negotiating price. Event Registration, costs, welcome package, Saturday Night Dinner options will be handled internally by the TSC Ownership. Information on that will be forthcoming in the next month

All registrants will receive a welcome packet as mention above ( contents will be listed on registation site, along with dinner costs as well )

The following information is valid as of 30 December 2021. In speaking with the hotel the following items are currently in place, and at this time, are expected to be in place for our event dates listed above.

• Mask Mandates are in effect in all public places, ante rooms etc. ( subject to updates and changes )
• Smoking is only allowed on the casino floor and lounges, our Meet and Greet areas, as well as Vendor area ( if realized ) will be non-smoking
• A tentative itinerary will be published, including registration times, events, and so forth will be published as needed
• We are shooting for an "Event Registration" beginning February 1, 2022

Each attendee will be receiving a Welcome package and Attendee credentials ( these items will be listed, as well as dinner pricing, when registration begins )

A few updates and a reminder, Please dont forget to sign up if you are going. Also, stated above we noted that the Golden nugget would be our host hotel, and that is still the overall plan, however we thought it prudent to get other proposals for the down town hotels, based on amenities, what the hotel could do for our group, needs, pricing, food, etc. So as we receive the proposals we will update you, and feel free to comment on the other thread or reach out via pm with questions.

Hi,
Any update on time frame for final details.
Please excuse me but I am a big planner. I was wanting to budget everything from hotel costs to airfare costs.
I apologize if I am getting edgy.
I know covid is a factor but I do not see Vegas closing anytime.
I am really looking forward to this.

There will be final hotel updates within the next few days in host hotel pricing and it will be about a week or so for the promotional code for the hotel. We have been waiting on various proposals to come in. Everything is moving slower due to the pandemic,and uncertainty the size of our group, not to mention the same weekend we are there is also the National Association of Broadcasters, and that leads right into the NHL draft

Final hotel info as well as pricing, all dates, early and late checkout info will be posted this weekend. What I can release is that it will not be the Golden Nugget, but will be on Freemont Street in the heart of downtown. All hotel reservations will be made on your own via a “code” we will provide for you identifying you are a part of 2022 TSC CON

Registration will be starting soon for the actual event and we will have more info on that soon
