Tobacco Scented Soaps

You might also look:
Stirling Haverford
Crowne & Crane Tobacco Leaf & Amber
A&E Tobacco et Vanille
A&E Chococubano

The first two on that list are excellent choices. I haven't tried the A&E ones, But I do have La Cosa Nostra (Boozy Tobacco) and The Novelist (Not sure if it's still in production). I find there are quite a few options from A&E when it comes to Tobacco.
Someone has already mentioned 'Havana' by Moon Soaps, which is supposed to be really good.

A few more that I can think of...

- Declaration Grooming - Massacre of the Innocents (* Inspired by parfum de Marly's 'Herod' - cinnamon and pepper wood. Heart: osmanthus, tobacco leaf, labdanum and incense. Base: vanilla, cedar, vetiver, patchouli, iso e super, cypriol and musk.)
- First Candian Shave - Maximo (zesty citrus, tobacco leaves, vetiver and patchouli)
- Macduff Soap Company - Trail Tobacco (Lemon Zest, Butterscotch, Spiced Plum, Cured Tobacco Leaf, Vetiver, Vanilla, Cedarwood, Roasted Coffee, Amber)

My favorite by some margin, though, is Fenchurch by Australian Private reserve. Unfortunately, this one would have to be sourced via the secondary market.

Other than that, there's always the option of using the Try That Soap site and entering 'tobacco' in the search field; which will list a ton of options.

Is Fenchurch out of production? I own that soap and the matching splash. Definitely a tobacco/ whiskey scent!

I’ve got really good news for everyone who is looking for a good/great tobacco scented soap. CBLsoap is about to release Cigar Shop Hombre, a cigar shop, humidor, leather scent ...good stuff.
YES PLEASE!

Whoa! Now that sounds like a good one!

Many great suggestions already mentioned, but one I very much enjoy is RazoRocks Tuscon Oud. It's probably more oud than you are looking for from your description but a wonderful scent that touches on the tobacco you are looking for.

I concur and regularly use the splash too!
