Timeless Bronze vs Karve recommendations

I’m glad someone else appreciates the M1. I really could stop here as well, but where’s the fun in that? 😁
I would like to have a rotation of 3 or 4 solid razors that I really enjoy. Then years from now, I can pass one each on to my young sons, granted they want one. And I’ll still have 1 or 2 leftover for myself. I would like to pass on positive things to my boys - all my dad passed on to me were bad habits 👎

Pulled the trigger on the Timeless as well. Good deal from their scratch and dent section. Still waiting for Karve to ship ... as I predicted, I still think I’ll be reviewing the Timeless first. More to come. 🤣
Lol! Awesome!

Got closer than I prefer - the aftershave told me that. No weepers, one tiny nick outside of the area under my nose, didn’t notice until a few minutes after it must have occurred. A fine looking and hefty razor. No doubt that with a proper learning period, this razor will be my friend. Saved $30 on the scratch/dent/return section - can’t find any blemish on it besides the noted machining imperfections. Win-win!
however, still waiting for the Karve to ship to compare...

Nice haul which you will enjoy. My experience (with more aggressive versions of both your contenders) would suggest that the Timeless will be smoother and slightly more efficient compared to the Karve (B plate) and that the heavier Bronze will be noticable but easily compensated once you get a few shaves under your belt. The scratch & dent options with Timeless are great and I am sure you won't find any issues with the razor. Karve's delivery times are slow but I have found if you send them a (polite) email it may get you to the head of the line and expedite the delivery - you have nothing to loose.

Update: I emailed Karve at the end of last week for an update on my unshipped order from 1/2. Tomorrow is Thursday the 23rd. No response from them as of now, 10:15 on the 22nd. I kind of feel like Seinfeld in the Soup N**i episode .... I ticked him off initially when I canceled my order in December, so now I get the cold shoulder and I must assimilate and wait it out..... very atypical in the wet shaving / e commerce side of life.....i can’t imagine the hype will be greater than the lack of customer service at this point :( I guess the PM of Canada lied about how friendly his country is #wishiwerebritishroyalty

Finally received the Karve yesterday, just a day shy of 7 weeks since I ordered it. Opted to load my current blade, Astra SP on shave #4. Didn’t have an optimal lather for whatever reason, but still managed an efficient, smooth, and irritation free 3 pass shave with it. Glad I got the B plate. It seems right there in the middle in terms of aggressiveness between my ATT M1 and Timeless Bronze. This should be a nice razor in my rotation.

I have the Timeless Bronze in both the OC and the SB. Both are good plates, easy to use, and decently efficient. The SB is smoother, but perhaps the OC leaves my skin feeling better post shave (I'm experimenting to be sure).

Folks told me the OC was a beast, but that's not been my experience with it. Not at all.

Which do I like better?

Both?

Actually I'm not sure yet.

The brush is a Rudy Vey Shavemac.
