What I’m trying to do is to get my mitts on a Shulton Old Spice mug. Damn, do I ever love that soap!

They are pretty common down here. I see them all the time in antique stores.
This soap lathered very fast and provided a great cushion and slickness for this shave. But i will admit i dont know a ton about Yardley or vintage soaps in general. Ive done a bit of research, I believe this is still the Tallow base, it smelt like an unscented tallow base. All in all I love it. Made a great Birthday shave.

Also is that a No 8 Special??? If so, I have several of them, the double concave razors made by them were extra special.

Its a very comfortable shave, I found it in a bargain sale for like 30$ and its definitely been one of my favorites
