36 houses, starting at around $900k. It was an old schoolyard before, lots of open space but also lots of wack-a-doodles making noise, dumping garbage and other idiot things. I'm happy to have houses. They'll put up curtains once they see me walking around nekked in the backyard; we'll have our old privacy back then.
So...like $150K US?
