Aftershave: Aqua Velva sport
Brush: Alpha T-400
Balm: Lisa’s Natural Herbal Creations Irish Green Tweed
Strop: Tony Miller Plain Vanilla

The Lentheric is holding strong, after 5 shaves the logo is still readable. It is 100 or nearly years old, so I’d say this triple milled soap is well and truly cured. So, it should last a long time! Fantastic lathering soap, 15 seconds of load time is plenty, but I push it to 30 for good measure.

Wonderful soap! The scent is refreshing, lather creamy, and very slick...
The shave with the razor and blade combination was uneventful & good. 3passes without issues for a bbs/dfs finish.

RAZOR: C-Mon Special 11/16 (Mug), Le Coq Cagehead (Dome)
BLADE: Feather DE
PREP: Cold water rinse followed by a scrub with Argan Oil
BRUSH: JR Boar #372
SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Williams Aqua Velva (Spanish Version)

This was the first time I used the Feather DX. I found that I used the grips I would use with a straight razor, however, for some reason, a straight razor seems less inclined to bite. But, the weight distrof a good straight is much better than this Feather, so that might have been my issue. Overall, the shave was good. This will require some practice and maybe an AC blade with a guard for the beginning.

Good morning Cadre! Hope you're having a great weekend.


Nice, quiet, peaceful Sunday so I wanted an easy, no muss - no fuss shave today. And so I grabbed the Nancy Boy Signature shave cream and balm. Wonderful shave. So glad that my sense of smell finally returned after the bout of the 'Rona. I can now detect the lavender in the cream and it's so nice. Cream and balm and I finished with a spray of Czech & Speake "Oxford & Cambridge" cologne.
