Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave this morning. Returned to Geo. F. Trumper and their excellent "Spanish Leather" shave cream, skin food & EdC. Great soapy leather scent with incredible lather built with the Paladin "PK-47" 2-Band Select Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the new '49 Gillette Milord and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by the matching skin food and EdC.

Space Nog is one of their best scents IMO.

Love this set up. Just an amazing scent, one of my favorite in all of wet shaving. As always the area around my Adam’s apple was a little tricky using a GEM blade. Funny name for a structure “Adam’s apple” seems like it should have a more medically appropriate name. Ought to look that up some time. Anyway, 2 passes and feeling great!

Great shave this morning. Returned to Soap Commander and their excellent "Goodwill" LE shave soap. Great scent with notes of fir, citrus and berries. Incredible lather built with the Paladin "Falstaff" 2-Band Select Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '58 Gillette Super Speed and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by Pino Silvestre Original Moisturizing Aftershave and Ralph Lauren "Polo Modern Reserve" EdT.

Maybe some where wondering where I have been. Four weeks ago I had major hip replacement. Currently I am about 75% better. I am in the therapy faze and it will take about another two months to fully recover. My shaves where every couple of days but increasing now to almost every day. I use minimal hardware.
