Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave this morning! Returned to my vintage Crabtree and Evelyn "Crabtree and Evelyn for Men" shave soap and splash. Great scent and fantastic lather built with the new-to-me Paladin Beehive 2-Band badger brush. Two passes (plus touch-up) with the '56 "Gold Tip" and I finished up with alum, Thayers "Cucumber" witch hazel, the matching aftershave lotion, Yardley "Gold" talc and Crabtree and Evelyn "Nomad" EdT.

I've really, really tried to like these blades
But the Gutche Hair Shapers are Shite
My Super Adjustable 109 saved the shave

Great shave this morning! Returned to Stirling Soap Co. and their Irisch Moos homage, "I, Rich Moose" shave soap . Great scent! I still have a tube of the original shave soap and scentwise, the Stirling soap is practically identical to it. Incredible lather built with the Simpson Chubby 2 for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '59 Fatboy and I finished up with alum, Thayers "Cucumber" witch hazel, Irisch Moos aftershave lotion, Clubman talc and Castle Forbes "1445" EdP.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Fantastic shave this morning! Returned to my vintage soap stash, this time going with some vintage Saddle Club shave soap made by the Wrisley company . No detectable scent but, my God does the lather quality more than make up for it. This stuff is comparable to Yardley in quality! Incredible lather built with the Sorrentino Brushworks synth for three passes with the '59 Fatboy and I finished up with alum, Acqua di Parma "Colonia" aftershave balm & EdC.
