This Wild Dagga soap is from a South African artisan and it’s pretty damned good even if I say so myself. It’s got a very nice outdoorsy scent, it gives a tremendous amount of thick, rich lather that’s fairly slick, and it leaves a comfortable postshave feeling. It’s been sitting around here for a long time so I decided to pull it out this morning. The Lubriderm moisturizer is so soothing, and the Spicebomb fragrance is gorgeous - my sister-in-law gave it to me as a Hanukkah gift. Because I was in a bit of a rush I did just two passes but I still got a fantastic BBS shave that was so enjoyable!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Another fantastic shave this morning! Returned to ETHOS Grooming Essentials and Frank's phenomenal "Tears of a Dragon" shave soap and splash. A simply incredible scent and lather built with the Wild West Brushworks badger brush for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by Thayers unscented witch hazel, the matching skin food splash and Paco & Commes des Garcons "Avignon" EdT. Been a while since I last wore the CdG frag. Fantastic scent! A great complementary scent to the TOAD.

Another effortless BBS shave!

The Tabac Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #188 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Leaf Thorn Razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Half Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
