Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave today. Returned to Soap Commander and their seasonal soap, "Goodwill" today. Fantastic scent with notes of cranberry and orange on a base of fir. Great lather built with the Wild West Brushworks "Cu29" Sweet Spot Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '59 Gillette "Fatboy" and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by Burberry "London for Men" aftershave balm & EdT.

It turned out to be a very nice result
Finish Pass with the Gillette Senator
Overall this was a Marvelous Shave

Great shave today. Returned to Barrister and Mann and their seasonal soap, "Atomic Holiday". Fantastic scent and lather built with the Paladin "Falstaff" 2-Band Select Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '59 Gillette "Fatboy" and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by the matching aftershave splash and YSL "L'Homme" EdT.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

Great shave today. New soap/splash day with the arrival of "Room 237" from First Line Shave. The soap's name is taken from the infamous hotel room in Stephen King's novel, The Shining, but the scent is straight up boozy goodness. Fantastic scent with notes of Scotch & vanilla, with dark fruits and woody notes in the base. Excellent lather built with the Rich Man Shaving No. 874 ST Badger brush for two passes (plus touch-up) with the '67 Gillette Super Speed and I finished with a splash of Quinn's Pink Grapefruit & Orange Rind witch hazel, followed by the matching aftershave splash and YSL "La Nuit De L'Homme" EdT.

Last time I used this razor it resulted in a bad cut
So I had to go back and conquer the snake that bit me
A cut free and very smooth shave
Back to the basics - a light touch and shallow angle
Finish with the KARVE OC-G
Overall a Wonderful shave
