2 days of growth. I started with the Rex Page with a 3rd use Gillette Platinum. Unfortunately, this razor is not able to handle more than 1 days growth. I did the complete 1st pass and it barely removed any stubble. On the 2nd pass, I tried ATG on the neck and it was not any better. I pulled out my Proof and redid the shave. Much better. A BBS finish with no feedback from the alum block.

**Overall:** ★★★★☆ (Great Shave)
**Smoothness:** ★★★★☆ (Very Smooth)
**Irritation:** ★☆☆☆☆ (Zero Burn)

As The Beach Boys sang, Go Cherry Cherry Coupe Now! This is a really nice smoky cherry soap with base notes of soap. Together with the Tribute AS, its a cherry-sandalwood theme today. The trusty 1st 1/4 1960 Model 195 on setting 7 did the job. And todays Simpson is the D3 Duke.6368.jpg

Derby Chop Shop After Shave Tonic

The Shannon's Soaps Indigo Oud Shave Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #425 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Schick Stick Injector Razor and the Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Derby Chop Shop After Shave Tonic. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Saturday 4/11 Shave
VINTAGE APRIL
LATHERS - STICKS, SAMPLES & TUBES MONTH

Razor/Edge Test – Very Ugly but very Mighty
Not much to look at and probably a 4/8 or smaller but it shaved well
Wilkinson Sword Bonded System was one of the first cartridge razors
It was purported to use their Super Sword Edge blade which was superb
Overall a great two pass shave with some jawline clean up
