SOTD 24 - 30 September 2018

MONDAY SOTD ::::: September 24, 2018

Pre-shave Oil: van Yulay
Soap: Chiseled Face Orange Creamsicle (sample)
Brush: Elite Razor Prism 2-band Manchurian White 24mm
Razor: Schick Injector E3
Blade: Schick Injector (1)
Post Splash: Humphreys Citrus Witch Hazel
Aftershave: Chiseled Face Orange Creamsicle (sample)

I hadn't used my Schick E3 in more than two years because I remembered it to be a harsh, uncomfortable shaver. Man was I wrong! When I first shaved with it I had been in this journey barely four months. Ah, experience! With a fresh blade the E3 scythed the two and a half days stubble with ease in close, comfortable strokes that left my skin as smooth as any of my top-tier razors. I had wondered why some shavers touted the E3 as a notable shaver, This baby is definitely in my rotation now. Also my first use of the Orange Creamsicle, The sample really didn't have a lot of scent but easily whipped into a rich, creamy lather that was protective and slick. I'm keeping an eye out for its reappearance.

Orange Creamsicle was one of my favorite scents! I had a full tub of it and I imagine the tub is stronger scented than the sample. Awesome pic!
