Very nice lather from the soap. The scent is great and so are the qualities...creamy and slick!!
Shave with the more aggressive F-plate today and paired with a long-ignored blade. Wow...very nice combo...sharpish but yet smooth and comfortable. 3+1passes for a mostly bbs finish but a result of the pickup causes some creepers-too greedy. Excellent aftershaves. Great news...finally registered for vaccination in a month's time...

Shave with razor paired with this blade is one of my perfect combinations!! Super smooth and very comfortable yet crisp...in 3passes without any issues for a mostly bbs finish. Awesome aftershaves to capped-off an enjoyable session.

I think something in our weather here is affecting my shaving soap lathers. I had to work harder and longer than usual today to get just a fairly good lather with the Brooks Brothers, usually a really reliable performer.

Good evening, Cadre. Hope you've had a pleasant day.
Lumbar injections yesterday and I took of work again today to rest and put the final nail in the estate's coffin which was disbursing the remaining funds to my sister. She's in her 60's so that will help her out a lot. Closed out the estate bank account and now it's over for real.
Began the day though with a FANTASTIC shave. New soap day and the Murphy & McNeil "Tobac Fanaile" was some of the best I've used.. Great lather and scent (just wish it had been a tad stronger). Awesome post-shave face feel. Finished with a splash of Nivea DEEP Vanilla & Bourbon splash and a spray of Cremo "Spice & Black Vanilla" EdC.
