SOAP: Mitchell’s Wool Fat
POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by Humphreys Lilac WH and Osage Rub.

Nice lather from the soap. Too mild a scent but thick creamy and slick quality. The brush feels plush and was awesome
1st shave with razor paired with blade. Wow...!!! It was way smoother and much more comfortable compare to the GEM Push Button. So smooth that I can go ATG on the upper lips area. 3passes for a mostly BBS result! Wow indeed. Saw some minor creepers later though. Excellent post & aftershaves. Rating 9.5/10. Absolutely enjoyed using this GEM Junior...beautiful razor and shaves wonderfully!!

Hey and thanks for your comment. Hahahaha...it's just a brass nut and bolt fitting from the hardware store. I thought this is cheaper (US$1) and matched the gold colour razor. I had another similar brass stand for my Karve Brass...

WTG, ATG, Touchups = DFS+ // DFS
Some experimental shaves this weekend trying the GSB blade and the shaves were buttery smooth but not as close/longevity as I seek when using the Rocca. Great performance from the sample but was let down using the boar as it struggled to replicate the lather produced by the tuxedo knot...
