Styptic Pencils...a lot of us use them...some of us use them more than others. Me...I use mine almost everyday! 🤪 These things get janky real quick and take on all sorts of weird shapes. So...show us your janky, gross, misshapen, crusty styptic pencils!

This is what mine looks like...

Do don’t. Don’t even have one. Rarely even use a regular alum block at all unless a cut is semi-bad. Hasn’t happened for a while thankfully. 🤷‍♂️

I very rarely use them, once or twice a year so mine isn't a whole lot different than a new one.

I don't even have one. just use an alum block if i need to staunch something.

If I get a bleeder, I find the Styptic works well to stop it quick. Not so fast with alum. These aren't the same ingredients are they? Or does it have something to do with the "grainy" texture of the Styptic pencil that lends to the quick fix? Curious.

Styptic pencils also have an added wax ingredient to the alum.
