Shine automatic pour-over coffee machine review and caution air bubble water retention in water bowl.

I have done atleast a dozen brews with this device. It's just a stand with a rotating water bowl with 3 holes in bottom powered by 3 AA batteries . Bowl has water level marks for bloom(not enough water in my opinion for bloom less than 40 grams). And marks for 1 and 2 cups . Scale measurements are 5 OZ cups. Or 300 grams of water. Device must be almost perfectly level to operate properly. Water does run fast enough for a 2:40-3:30 brew time with a proper grind size dial in. When rapidly filling water chamber, air bubbles can form around dripper holes slowing and preventing water flow through said holes messing with brew time and extraction leading to a under astracted watery brew that takes atleast double the time to Finnish. I found if you use chopstick to tap bottom of water chamber near holes will break air bubble vacuum and restore flow. Device requires a pretty level surface is must. Uses Kalita #1 trapazoid filter. Can trim down #2 filters with scissors (a must to reduce friction). Otherwise it works like it's intended, to illuminate gooseneck kettle bad human error pouring technique. Watching and preventing air bubble vacuum issue does make a pretty decent travel brewer if you don't want to carry a gooseneck kettle. Water should drop pretty evenly between each hole at same rate. If not tap bottom or water bowl to break air bubble. You can definitely see air bubbles even though small surrounding hole.
