It's that time again gents! And ladies too. A new month is approaching and a new lineup of themes! Summer is coming to a close...though here in Louisiana, Summer temps won't likely go away until middle of October at the earliest. But this month is dedicated to using those summer soaps that we might not be able to use until the warmer months come again!

September 2: Lazy Day Shave! - In honor of the one day a year we are all supposed to take off (yeah, like that happens...and okay...that's not really what the holiday is about), this shave is all about taking time for ourselves and relaxing from the daily bustle and hustle of our jobs. Happy Labor Day!

September 3 - 8: Mortal Kombat Week! - We all have it. That one tub of soap that we just can't get rid of. It's been sitting there with the ring of death for quite some time now...and you just can't find the time to finish it! Well here is your chance. Grab that almost done tub of soap or cream and do your best Mortal Kombat move and "FINISH IT!"

September 9 - 15: The Best Scents of Summer! - Just like it says. Pick out your favorite scents that you shave with this summer and reminisce of all those happy times over the past few months. Or just pick your favorite hot weather soaps and creams. No wrong answers here!

September 16 - 22: Tell your friends good-bye - I remember going to summer camps as a kid. Mostly 4-H and forestry camps...but they were summer camps none-the-less. These camps were always bittersweet as there were always those friends that you created a bond with. Sometimes you kept up with the friendship and sometimes you never saw them again. Then there was that girl that you were inexplicably attracted to. But in the end...you always had to say good-bye. But yet you think on them often and remember the good times. This week...say good-bye to those you will likely not pull out until next year.

September 23 - 29: TSC Artisan Week Featuring Lisa's Natural Herbal Creations @LNHC - Do I really need to say more? This week is dedicated to the hard work and wonderful product that Lisa puts in to her creations! Pull out your favorite LNHC products!

Well there you go guys. I know this month is a little abstract and not well defined. But I think you guys have plenty of soaps and creams that fit this bill! As always, if you have a suggestion for a theme...let me know and I am happy to oblige!

Right now I'm into trying shave sticks. Trying to finish off the final quarter of my Arko stick. Also looking to give Derby stick a try next.

Also need to get back to my soap rotation as well.

Just because I said tub doesn't mean that you can't finish off that stick. Do your best killer move like Sub-Zero or Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat and FINISH IT!

There ya go Don, Shave Stick week
Thought about it and I like it! Been meaning to incorporate this for a while now. I think October will be a good time!

I can partially play along this month with my TTFFC Pink Grapefruit soap, a *-product using @beginish 's simple and quite useful rating scale.

Sep.1 - Top Shelf ...... nope, today's shave does not qualify. As Billie Eilish says...
Sep.2 - Lazy Day shave - hey, I can do that! (y)
Sep.3-8: Mortal Kombat Week! - I've been trying to kill this since 1/2-way through week-1 with it :p
Sep.9-15: The Best Scents of Summer! - The pink grapefruit scent is why I started using it in the summer in the first place!
Sep.16-22: Tell your friends good-bye - Friends? Hardley, but I can still try to sad good riddance, ummm, I meant good-bye to it.
Sep.23-29: TSC Artisan, LNHC - No can do. If I finish my TTFFC, then Dove shave gel (travel size) is up for 3017ing

Sep.2 - Lazy Day shave - This I can do
Sep.3-8: Mortal Kombat Week! -I have nothing with a donut ring so a free week for me
Sep.9-15: The Best Scents of Summer! - I don't do seasonal so another free week

Party Poopers!

Chubby-2 synth, TTFFC Pink Grapefruit, Mach-3(20), Floid

Took my time this morning, bowl lathered and even went with a 3-pass shave instead of my normal 2-passer. This is my second and last Mach-3 cart (only came with 2 when I bought it a few years ago), so this also ties into the Mortal Combat "Die already!" week.
