Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Gift Exchange 2025

Well, I just want to say thanks again to @Spider for such an awsome assortment of gifts and all the work he did in wrapping it all. I am being good and not scarfing all the jerky in one day BUT i did make a dent in the Bushwacker last night. We (my youngest daughter and I) continue to consume the Cherry Bomb hot sauce with wreckless abandon so it may not last too long. I put some of the hot sauce on the jerky ...yes, its always a good idea to add a splash of hot sauce to good jerky. Mixing some honey and hot suace is also a GOOD idea. *Tell Amber she is my new favorite person because she works at a place that makes Jerky ...I love jerky!.
The Masters aftershave has been put into my gym bag and was used this morning. Its a shame that Masters is no longer, they made some good stuff.

I had planned to gift KJ a variety of Lustray aftershaves and a full box of those blades that claim to be F'ing sharp but after being returned once for being damaged the second shippment from Appleton barber arrived with the aftershaves spilled all over. I was able to salvage some dry tucks of the blades but didn't want to send 1/2-3/4 bottles of aftershave, especially since I know KJ already has most if not all of what I was sending. I ended up giving the bottles to my daughter's boyfriend along with an old pre-war gilette razor and some Proraso.

I also wanted to extend a thank you from my wife (a.k.a the lovely other half). She really enjoys the cards sent from the various cadre members and has come to really enjoy being part of the whole Rudolph thing. She enjoys the hunt for fun things to give and enjoys seeing what my buddy sends me. Since she knows KJ this year was extra fun.
 
I just caught up on the rest of the videos today. Thanks to everyone who posted them, it was very enjoyable. When you're used to growing up with a big holiday with lots of gift opening, and now your holiday is much smaller, it's great to see the joy of gift opening from around The Cadre.

And thanks again for the thoughtful and personal gifts. The Skull is amazing and now has a place of pride on our shelf next between our two real skulls. Glad your wife could get in on the fun of the hunt as well. I'll report back on the balm, once I've had a few uses.
 
Such a fun rudy exchange this year. KJ....I promise to send a video next year.
 
Well we are done for the year, and based on these last few posts, Santa and me are working on the Naughty list for 2026. Already some standouts..... Also looks like @BarberDave , and @dangerousdon have been promoted back to the Nice List..... for now. @heysi is now on the Naughty list for not following Instructions, and @NurseDave on the "Secret Probationary Naughty List" for trafficking Carolers without a permit. He was given a pass since he warned us that his video would be late.

Santa & I will be spending a few months relaxing (photo attached) in Fiji, enjoying rum drinks

So, Mark your Calendars, as we will be starting earlier next year, so look for the announcement in Late September, or early October 2026. Glad everyone enjoyed this year's exchange!

@dangerousdon I shaved with my new Vector this morning and I have to say dang that is one hell of a good shaving razor. I did a shave with @Majorrich ‘s when I visited him back in September and loved the shave. His was a closed comb, the one you got me is an OC. I’m thinking the shave with this one was an even more comfortable with the increase in blade exposure. Thank you again!!!!!

Also, we’ve been enjoying the candied pecans and chocolate pecans! 😋
