Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer Gift Exchange 2022

I know I got called out and would love to, but I think I'm going to be facing a shoulder surgery for a bicep tendon tear. No idea where that is going to put us as far as my work and income yet, so I am going to have to sit out on any extras for now.

Is anyone interested in using Elfster tis year? It’s always fun to stalk your buddy’s previous posts, but it’s also cool to see what they are actually wanting too. We use it every year for my office Christmas parties and my family has been using it for years.

@Rudolph Thoughts???

I know it's been brought up in the past, but I don't recall the reason they were against using it here.

I thought the idea was part of the fun/torture was doing the research and trying to track down what your buddy would like.

I follow that, but if you have a buddy with minimum posts, it can be difficult. Also, it’s fun to play off what you know they like and what they put out there on the forums.

Hmm....not really interested in Elfster.

But, maybe there's a way to duplicate that functionality and/or idea within TSC if it's needed or a Rudolf buddy is stuck?

Me? I'm grateful for anything that shows up (well, maybe the Veg might push the limits....), but it's all part of the fun!

I’d think lists of “types of things I like” would be OK or “types of things I’m not in to”…but I wouldn’t want to see wishlists of specific items unless they’re at the $20 mark or less.

When in doubt, go with local (perhaps unique) items!
