Does anyone know a good source for restored vintage brushes? I may soon be looking for one. Ideally, I’d like to not spend a lot as I’m a student at the moment. Specifically, I’d like something relatively small in diameter that’s been fitted with a badger or synthetic knot. If anyone had any leads on such things I’d greatly appreciate some tips!

Additionally, the handle wouldn’t have to be vintage but at least somewhat vintage looking, if that makes sense. Cheers
 
Funny you mention vintage looking. I have a Heritage Collection Shaving Klenzo on the way. Neil has some sorcery going on and he's able to replicate vintage brushes. I also have a C-MON Deluxe 77-4. They look amazing.
 
@Spider is absolutely right. I still have a couple of brushes in my drawer that I'm restoring. An inexpensive decent condition brush from whatever site you prefer, sandpaper or sanding pads, and some patience will make one hell of a brush. I'd be more than happy to help guide you if you decide to go that route.

Those look fantastic. Might have to check those out in the future.

I’m not very good at that kind of crafty stuff. But I might try it someday. I would probably have to take you up on that and consult you haha
 
It’s not hard. Epoxy and a new knot is about all you need.

Neither am I. I'm the least crafty person I know, and I've gotten decent reviews from The Cadre and friends that I PIFed them to. It's really not too crazy. Carve out the old knot, buff out the scratches, set the new knot.
