Question: Grease catch for grill

A quick question for all you grill masters, I have grease that drips down the back side of the cover/top of my grill and is staining my deck.

Is there something like a grease trap I can attach to the grill? Maybe a mat for under it?

They do sell BBQ mats and grease traps. Gotta picture to help with suggestion?

Also most grills have something from the factory to manage grease. And the most common culprit for that to fail is your grill NOT being level.

For sure! I cook my proteins dead. I’ll take it!
Twice dead Meat!

I like a good sear and rare in the center.

Some grills have a hole on the underside for grease to drain from and there should be some form of clip to attach a "grease pail" to it.. like a little metal bucket. You just empty it before it gets full.. we have had a few with the pails...Just my 1569-original.jpg
