Hi, guys. Here's some information about stroke from a hospital website in my area. I had no knowledge of this topic until a couple weeks ago when I learned more than I ever wanted to know. I dodged a bullet and have no significant ongoing side effects thanks to quick action by my wife, paramedics, and emergency room professionals I got to know. My goal in posting this info is to provide info to someone else who may benefit from it.

Excellent information to share. Seconds matter in stroke treatment and one thing we are always hoping to change is to have people call 911 if they see signs of stroke instead of driving someone to the hospital.

I'll read up anything related to stroke because I have had TIA a year back and now checking my numbers daily plus taking risk reducing meds....
It is scary for sure...
