@CVargo - her is the Peanut Butter Treat Recipe we were talking about on the Zoom call.


PEANUT BUTTER TREATS

27 oz. jar peanut butter 2 cups dry milk
1/2 lb butter 1/4 cup vanilla
1 lb. 10x sugar

Mix peanut butter and butter, whip to a creamy state. Add sugar, dry milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended (will be stif and crumbly)
Place in a cookie pan, pat it smooth and evenly thick, chill. Cut into pieces.

2. Open cupboard grab chunky peanut butter
3. Take off lid
4. Insert spoon for giant scoop!
5. Eat peanut butter and enjoy

I agree whole heartedly.

Pro Tip - if you use "Natural" peanut butter or peanut Butter that separates, store it in the fridge to prevent separation. I makes it harder to spread on bread, but if you are using Chads recipe, it is perfect.

PEANUT BUTTER PIE

8 OZ. Cream Cheese-softened
8 oz. Cool Whip-thawed
2 tsp. milk
1 cup 10x sugar
1/2 cup Peanut butter
Graham cracker crust

Cream the cream cheese with milk add 10x sugar and the peanut butter together.
Fold in the cool whip and pile into a large graham cracker crust (or Oreo crust).
Chill well before serving.

Variations: Drizzle melted chocolate onto the crust before adding Peanut Butter mix. Drizzle melted chocolate on top after chilling it. Drizzle Caramel on top. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top before chilling. Sprinkle M&M's (or any candy) on top. Or do any combination!

I like to replace the spoon with pretzel sticks.

I believe powdered sugar or confectioners sugar. How ever you refer to it

What is 10X sugar? 10X sugar is the second finest consistency of powdered sugar behind 14X, or superfine, sugar. The number preceding the X denotes the fineness of the grind. In other words, the higher the number, the finer the sugar powder.
