Are you near affected area?
We have the same thing going on right here. We had a semi wreck on interstate 10 that was carrying 80,000 pounds of liquid nitric acid. The wind was blowing out of the south at 50 miles an hour and it when exposed to the air turns into gas, so what started as a 1 mile shelter in place And evacuation is now a 3 mile shelter in place and evacuation radius and interstate 10 between the east part of Tucson on both east and westbound is closed. As of right now it is a mess and there was some mandatory evacuations. Nitric acid is bad stuff when it gets into your lungs . Not to mention that people not paying attention caused a huge semi pile up and six more people died.

As one who carries hazmat material on nearly every load some of it is very dangerous.
