[From my Journal Below]

Continuing with my Thanksgiving Theme for the week...I am thankful for the sample of Teacher's Pet that @mrdoug sent me. Got in the mail yesterday and shaved with it today. Out of the sample container all I really smelled was the soap itself. But once I pressed the sample into my shave bowl, the apple started to come out. Shaving with the soap the scent comes out even more. Now I wouldn't call this strong scented soap at all. But the strength of scent is in line with the scent of an actual apple. Let's just say that I dig it in a big way! This soap seems to have all the good qualities in a soap I like and this is something that I will seriously consider getting in the future.

Thanksgiving shaveweek continues with CBL'sTonsorial SIR Fougere once again. We did have turkey chili last night and I'm thankful that my wife "allows" me to make her morning coffee for her while she showers.

Did you notice a difference? Which one did you prefer?
With only one use each, I slightly preferred the Premium over the Artisan. Stronger scent and seemed a bit slicker with better skin feel after the shave. Need more time with them. Going to try the Amber&Tobacco next. :)

My Thanksgiving shave was last month, but my Thanksgiving shave week rocks on with CBL's Tonsorial SIR Fougere. Today I am thankful for being welcomed into the Cadre by such a wonderful group of folks.

Great smell, that coconut sandalwood. I bought it in the spring / summer, be I definitely feel it's an autumn scent. Nice and deep. [emoji846]

Thanksgiving shave week is winding down, but it's still here right now, so I'll keep on joyfully plugging away with CBL's Tonsorial SIR Fougere. 🕺

Got a great shave this morning. I got this sample of WSP Black Orchid. Used it a few times and while I like it. I just don't reach for it very often. Today a scrapped some off and lathered it up in my scuttle. Did a 3 pass DFS. Trumpers Sandalwood skin food arrived yesterday and it performs great on my face. Paired it with Trumpers Sandalwood cologne.
