Hey guys,

My name is Seth, used to be heavily into wet sheaving when I was back in the military. These days I typically just line up my beard. I believe myself and many others come from another group that recently closed down. Hoping to make a new home here and try to stay up to date on whats going on in the shaving world. I hope you'll have me!

My go to has been a Parker Shavette I received from @wristwatchb and Tabac soap. I'm looking to get back into the soaps and see what all new stuff is out there. It's been awhile since I've looked at anything new.

What are your hobbies outside of wet shaving?

Thank you for the warm welcome! I would be honored to wear the veteran badge.

I am a man of many hobbies. Far too many if you ask my wife. I enjoy fishing, just about any type of hunting but bear hunting is at the top of the list. I enjoy fragrances, photography and astrophotography. I enjoy smoking pipes and cigars, and the family and I enjoy camping together.

I am sure there are several hobbies I have missed. I was born with ADHD and had hobbies and ADHD explained to me once. They said people with ADHD do not have hobbies, the have temporary extreme passions. I can relate with that for sure. I am pretty bad to pick up hobbies and drop them, but I have been consistently intrigued with wet shaving, cigars, and pipes. I go through phases where I won't do one of them, but I always enjoy marveling at the craftsmanship involved in all three. I really enjoy owning and handling well engineered and well-crafted items. I believe that is what keeps me so involved with those three hobbies.
