New Brush on the lathe, need knot suggestions.

So I saved these pieces of scrap from the bucket, put them together and I think
it's going in The rotation the color and grain of the Cocobolo is amazing and the other wood is Rosewood and it works great. The pictures don't do it justice.
So the knot needs to be exceptional

Of you don’t have a high quality badger, it should definitely be a synth! Plissoft or a Yaqi brown would look great I think!

Thanks, the problem is I have and Have more than I can use .
I have 2 more that I am in the middle of glueing up wood.
This one is going to stay home

Absolutely GORGEOUS @Graydog and I too would use a beautiful Badger or if synthetic as Tim said a light color to contrast would be exquisite. I'd say a Cashmere !

I'm with the others, synthetic in a lighter color. Off-white / cream would be ideal. Something that matches the lighter cream in the second band of wood, in from the right.

When you get the knot, please share pictures of the finished product.

I'd have to say Boar. Possibly a gel tip boar from heritage shaving. Nice color contrast and would just keep getting better over time.
