Lathering Up On Non-Shaving Days

Confession is good for the soul, or so I've been told. While I am not a daily shaver, as my beard growth only requires every other or every second day, I have become a daily latherer. I enjoy the smell of my soaps and the feeling of my skin after applying them, as well as the art of building lather in a shave bowl or on my face. I can feel my blood pressure go down as I start running warm water to bloom my soap and soak my brush. I lather 3 times, just like when I shave.

Do you lather up on days you don't shave just for the pleasure?
I've been known to do this myself. Not so much recently, but it is very pleasant.

Btw, I'll be in St. Charles next weekend. If you're around and would care to meet for coffee or cocktails, I'd enjoy it.
I wish I could, but I'm taking part in a 24 hour work out event with F3. We work out every hour, on the hour for 35 minutes starting at 6pm Friday and finish at 6pm Saturday, SO I'll be pretty tired lol. Next time!

I thought I’d be an every other day shaver for a while…then I found out I was so wrong 😂

Daily shaves for years now!

The military made me a daily shaver. I miss one every now and then, but it usually because I'm not feeling well or I don't have the time.... either way I'm not lathering on those days, lol.

But no harm in some extra-curricular lathering if you enjoy it. I'll not kink-shame you!

I realize now I made a GRAVE MISTAKE in posting this. Owner/Admin delete it for me, please.
Yeah, asking for less attention around here is a sure way to get more attention. Welcome to The Cadre!
