Lathering question

I used my favorite soap this morning, (D.R Harris almond) and got a thin,runny lather that quickly dissipated.Does this mean I didn’t spend enough time loading the soap, before face lathering?

I don’t know that soap, but it kind of sounds like you need more product. That’s my first place to look.

Less water in the brush and more product. Dr Harris soap are better loaded on the drier side
