Thanks for the overview on brushes. I am new and have been using only synthetic brushes with excellent results. The cheap Yaqi brushes are working so well for me that i dont know if I can justify spending premium money on a more upscale brush. I would rather use the money towards a better razor or more soaps!

Those Yaqi brushes get great reviews. There are a few colors I like, I will have to pick one up one day.
