With Hell Week successfully out of the way for the year, that means right back to runs. Group training for the LA (Half) Marathon will be starting up soon, so workouts and run schedule will adjust accordingly. Aaaaand of course, change in time bring earlier sunsets…so less time to run after work. Still got it done though!
