Another milestone day as I continue to build my strength back up. Same route as last week, again only one even shorter walk break half way, and I felt good enough to add an easy little loop at the end to kick me back over 7 miles.

My fantasy football team who has underperformed significantly since Week 2, defied odds and I won my matchup this week, even without a QB (out due to injury)…and my back up WB was on bye. Injury numbers overall continue to mount on a weekly basis, it’s crazy.
