Use It Or Lose It Monday is back! Maybe?
Was expecting much worse due to the week of lack of physical activity and basically just sitting on my butt, plus the extra exhaustion shingles recovery brings…but I’m pleased. Promised myself I wouldn’t push it today and I’m so glad. I felt pretty drained by the end.

Gear: RazoRock Game Changer .68 SB, Astra SP blade, Yaqi Rainbow w/ pony synth brush, Jeeves of Hudson St Turkish Bath soap,homemade witch hazel/aloe, Nivea Sensitive AS Balm, some kind of AS, and Prada L’Homme to finish!
Couldn’t take it anymore late last night and gingerly knocked all the scruff down to a CCS level. It was almost too soon still judging by tenderness during the shave but I did it anyway.
Prada is this morning’s fragrance of choice.

OT workout was extra tough last night due to continued energy recovery. I made it through though! Signed up for next month’s “Marathon” event also…have to set a goal of so many miles run in class for the month. I just did a half marathon goal.

Frustrating run today. Felt like I started with zero energy and moved like a slug the whole time. Never really felt like I got over that block, though I was expecting a bit better at least from last week; same route and all. Folks say this exhaustion could last a while. I hope not.
