Missed the 9 mile training run last weekend but definitely got some serious waking miles in our 3 day Disneyland trip.
Back to regular training runs today, for a whopping 10 miles. This will be our longest run before race day. Perfect weather conditions today - cool with cloud cover. Still…phew.
