Tough OT workout last night!

LL Labdanum cements itself as my favorite of the frag samples. Followed by Vetiver and Tonka as a close second. Labdanum is in the same vein as Sartorial IMO but I find it better.

Between Thursday’s workout and this morning’s follow up 5mi training run…my joints and knees are screaming at me. Had to pop some ibuprofen. Getting old and maintaining my beefcake physique is tough.
