Gear: Gillette Prewar Tech, Astra SP blade, Yaqi Sagrada Familia synth brush, CBL Fresh Vetiver soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe, Nivea Sensitive AS Balm, Proraso Red AS, and Tom Ford Tobacco Vanillle to finish!
Better than expected time with extended family yesterday and then a good visit with my parents and sister and nephews after.
Great shave this morning. Just yesterday’s on repeat.
Today is hang out with my wife’s side of the family and cookie decorating for the kids and their many cousins.
First…cinnamon roll and coffee time!

Excellent final travel shave. I’ve absolutely broken through to the bottom of this tub finally…but still a long ways to go. It’s due for another leveling and compacting…then I’m sure I’ll have at least another month to go, if not much more. Finished with Oud Wood today. Yum!
Christmas Day festivities throughout the early afternoon. Then it’s pack up and head home. Booooo.
This may be the best Monday of the year at least! Have a Merry Christmas all!

Safely home late last night to do our own little family Christmas gifts. Then swiftly to bed so mom and dad could get back to the grind today.
Excellent shave. Grabbed the Fatboy again as I hadn’t put it away and forgot to prep something different. Soap rebalanced and left open to set/firm up a bit.
Already at work and plugging away!

Great shave this morning though. I think I’m going to close the rest of the year’s shaves out with the M adjustable. The most excellent Sartorial to finish today. Very nice!

Chuggin right along! Tough workout last night, but I was able to make it through the whole shebang!
Great shave this morning, with zero to complain about. Finished up with a heavy favorite in the scent department.
Just about caught up at work I think! Of course that’ll all get messed up again, as I have a 3 day weekend for the new year and two days off midweek, as the whole of my wife’s family got multi-day tickets to Universal as Christmas gifts! Should be fun.

Another whopper of a work day yesterday. Phew!
Great shave this morning to help clear my mentally fogged and bleary eyed state. Reached for the holy and austere Avignon to finish things off. Guess I’m going for “holier than thou” today?
So glad it’s Friday! Should be a mostly chill work day. 3 day weekend ahead for the new year.
