Shave #292 (820 Open Blade Shaves) of 2023:

Gear: Tedalus Essence, Feather ProGuard blade, Yaqi Rainbow w/ pony synth brush, CBL Fresh Vetiver soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe, Nivea Sensitive AS Balm, Barbasol Pacific Rush AS, and Dior Sauvage EDT to finish!

Man, tough workout last night! 20 minutes of push pace running, plus filling the rest of the hour with other floor exercises and rowing, phew! But we rewarded ourselves with Chipotle so…

Great shave this morning (but don’t tell Bruce that)! Supposed to be sunny and 80 something today, so I went with lighter scents and Sauvage EDT today. We’ve had some amazing marine layer though. Yesterday it didn’t burn off until around 10am and it came back around 6pm. Love it!

IDT this morning for my home hospice team. Then some visits out and about town.

Decent night’s rest! Still need coffee 😂

Great shave this morning to help shut down the work week. Got the memo and did stronk manly scents. Ended up choosing Mandom to splash on and followed it up with the very 70s feeling Chaps from Ralph Lauren, a wonderful treat received from our buddy the Tim, that I use occasionally.

Another day of mystery, going where the wind takes me, as I start out at the EOL facility and then structure my day from there.

Saturday! Pretty typical one in progress except that it’s homecoming for the older two boys later tonight. Last one for the senior!

Pretty good shave this afternoon, between laundry loads. A little rough since it was a warm water shave. But only one nicks on the chin. Finished up light n citrusy with the scents. It’s only supposed to hit upper 70s today but the sun is full out so it feels warmer.

A couple exciting things in the works…backed the next Dice Throne kickstarter. They’re doing X-Men this time around plus a couple other fun things.

Also have my next Spooner on the way! They were having an extra sale offer on their Rack items, so I bit the bullet on one:

Up for church!

Great shave this morning, though given the lateness of yesterday’s shave, there was notably less stubble than normal to knock down. Used one of my favorite scent profiles and some precious sprays of unobtainium - Rive Gauche! 🐐

Out picking up the church goodies while the rest of the family gets ready. Sermon is as ready as it’s gonna be. Grocery shopping and a bit more laundry later! What a day ahead!

Monday came all too soon.

Great shave this morning, at the buttcrack of dawn. Temps this week are still predicted cooler and sunny. I went bougie sport today and did California Sunrise AST + DHS…not your traditional sporty citruses for sure, being just a bit more refined.

Gonna be a busy week between work, OT Hell Week, and whatever else pops up. May as well get to it!
