Oddly enough...I was pretty sore earlier this week. I tossed it up to sleeping in a weird position and getting older. Probably more the last part than the first though. Then Friday and this morning my back is super sore...what is happening to me? Then I remembered that on Wed. a new instructor sub'd for my spin class and man did she work the ever living crap out of me. And yes...depending on what you do...you can work your back out like a monster doing a spin class. Then yesterday it was back day for strength training. So that could be why I am sore... 🤪
 
Ibuprofen and lots of water will sort you out. It's almost like every time I post a comment it has something about being hydrated. 🤣

Great shave too. And stay hydrated.

Off to services already, missus opening the coffee bar.

Nice shave this morning, if a bit rushed with everyone on and out of the bathroom in the bustle of getting ready quickly.

It’s been a while since I pulled out the Puke Tub to do anything other than add to it. The scent has changed from a little bit of everything to a little bit of everything but different, not bad at all; performance is still legendary!

Services this morning, oldest child leaves this afternoon for a week long summer camp, might have to do some chores this afternoon, but otherwise should be a chill day. Interested in giving my whiskey stones a try later and enjoying some of my little treats!
