"TSC's Master of Bourbon"
I recently picked up a few soaps from Heritage Hill and this is the first one that I have decided to try.
I am quite impressed. The shave performance is good. I would put it on par with just about any other artisan out there. There are better performers, but this one is solidly in Tier 1 or better on the Vargo soap scale. The packaging is well done. The labels are waterproof and high quality. The tub is very similar to the ones used by CBL, so nothing new but a quality plastic. The scent is a real winner. SOS is 3 or 4, I would say. It is well blended, and I love the orange with fir needles. The patchouli is not too prominent.
All in all I would say this is a good product that is worth your money. Especially at 6 ounces for $20 USD.
Has anyone else tried this brand? Let's share our thoughts on it.
Thanks.
