Has anyone used or currently owns Lustray Lilac After Shave?

I ask because it's quite obscure and Rare these days and comes only in a gallon and I dont intend on getting something so cumbersome. Has anyone tried it? How does it smell? Has it ever come out in a 14oz or smaller bottle?

Do get back to me on this
Actually, I just found one of my previous posts about lilac and I only have the following:
Pinaud Lilac Vegetal
Master Lilac Vegetol
Gabels Lilac
Stephans Lilac

So, no, I've never tried the Lustray version. And based on that thread, I don't think I have ANY Lustray products. Seems like I've sniffed them in store, and they were weaker/cheaper smelling than the above brands, so I never got into them.

I tried Lustray Lilac SEVERAL years ago, my recollection of it was that it was more or less Floral forward with a non-descript powdery (not offensive) background , not particularly like the more intense and herbal/anilmalic musky (fecal?) Lilac Vegetal made by Clubman. Stephans Lilac is similarly floral/powdery forward but has an added spicey note (clove? Pink Pepper?) that takes it in a different direction than the Lustray version. But stephans brand stuff is easier to get in smaller bottles so you might try that one. As a splash, I find Lustray and Stephans brands pretty similar in performance and feel. ...they both feel a little more soft or watery to me than Pinaud/Clubman "premium" stuff but are still quite effective and comfortable. I prefer the more alcohol forward feel of Pinaud/Clubman products but appreciate how Lustray and Stephans are so approachable, it's like they take the hard edges of the fragrance profiles AND the feel.
I agree with KJ that Lustray products are pretty "simple" by comparison but that simpleness probably makes them more approachable for the masses. I might give Stephans an edge over Lustray but I don't dislike most lustray stuff.
I have not tried/smelled the Gabel's brand lilac but i understand it is also a more floral/powdery scent but I have heard some say the Gabel's brand is/was comparable to the now extinct Masters Lilac Vegetol, which based on name and description was intended to be more complex and herbal like the OG "veg".

Yeah, I have had a chat on Lilac Vegetal and even had the 1oz bottle to try. That stuff is RAW and animalic, but apparently it wasn't always like that. It was a reformulation that happened a long while ago and changed the source of musk from an animal derived type to some form of synthetic and it gave us the pissy form we have now. Apparently it was more powdery floral with an animalic edge but it wasnt as fowl as it is now because they're trying to replicate the animal stench.
