From my experience and see supporting link. Sicily to me is citrus and Sea. Think citrus groves by the sea. As far as throwing in a boozy note, Chianti or a dry red wine. Sicilian peach slices in a pitcher of Chianti is a great fragrance. Good luck. @CBLindsay

Thanks! The default Sicilian on the market is lime but to me it should be more blood Orange.

I know he’s tried a few different things to make bases better, and to make good budget friendly bases. I think he’ll be reducing the number of bases going forward based on demand and sales.
My guess, if you want the old base you bought before, you want the Premium Tallow base.
