Fougere Gothique smells like a distant cousin of Petrichoir to my nose. Keep in mind i only have the A/S and have not tried the soap, it is earthy but a bit more dark and mysterious perhaps due to the Mushroom note, would only recommend this if you like darker earthier type of scents. It is a scent more for personal use IMO although perhaps the EDP would better showcase the various notes.
