DE Razor of the Day

I don't normally post a razor of the day because it would be the same razor nearly every day. That being said, there's no reason I can't post it here this one time.

Its my English Flat Bottom Tech paired with a brass handle I got out of the pass around box a few years ago and lengthened with a brass extension that I had made here at my work. The handle measures over 4" and is nice and heavy. The tech is so nicely balanced in this configuration that its effortless to shave each day.

Razor RR GC.84 SB with Yaqi Razzo Rocket SS Handle - very nice! (Unbelievable price)
The new stainless handle quality is great. Fits perfectly with the GC.84 post. Solid, good grip and the rocket fin-like end is awesome in hand. Overall an excellent handle...hmmm...perhaps better than my fav barber pole now. The shave paired with the blade was just super. Super smooth, comfortable, and efficient in 3passes for a mostly bbs finish.

Razor EJ DE89L- My very 1st DE razor
Blade Feather Hi-Stainless - My very 1st DE blade and also the most in stock!
The shave with my very 1st DE razor/blade brought back some memories...hahaha. Haven't used this pairing for a loooong time. Oh my...it was silky smooth yet crisply sharp, like a hot knife thru butter. Very comfortable 3passes for a dolphin smooth finish.
