College Football 2024-2025

UNLV has had an interesting season. The quarterback quit after only 3 games. The replacement quarterback was in Heisman talk until he blew the final game of the season. The head coach jumped ship to go to Purdue......before playing the bowl game he helped them earn. The new head coach, a former SEC coach and ESPN analyst, came out of retirement to coach next season. But the best news of all was that they beat The Oregon State Beavers .......on my birthday....in Corvallis. Yes @NurseDave ...I did see that happen.
 
The most exciting thing is they beat a school not known for being good at football?

Oregon St. has won 7 conference championships...... UNLV has won 3.

Oregon St. has won 12 bowl games......UNLV has only BEEN to 7.

Good luck tonight and you are correct it was a interesting season for all teams.
I am still not over losing to Michigan worst game EVER!!
Good luck to all members favorite teams unless you are a Tennessee fan.

OK OK time to shout out and say How about those Buckeyes!!
It was a truly up and down year but could not end a better way!!

Also...it seems like @gobucks5485 is fishing for a complement. A real fan will sit back quietly and let the "melt" come to him. Who am I kidding...if my LSU Tigers won the Natty I would be throwing it everyone's face!

Congrats to the Buckeyes...I guess. Personally in that game, no matter who would have won it...I think everyone loses!

The UNLV team made the top 25!!!! I'm stunned. I'll take it and know that it may never get any better than this. It's all downhill from here.
